I often work with people that struggle with inability to loose weight and have strong food cravings while feeling a lack control over their health. I help them to achieve sustained weight lost and to develop lost lasting habits to maintain a healthy weight, feeling happy and satisfied. No diets, but rather a flexible and personalized meal plan that takes into account who people are, how they feel, their health background, their concerns and lifestyle.
