I've included this BONUS module because this is one of the most eye-opening subjects for my clients, so much, that it was the focus of the second episode of my TV show!.

 

This module will help you to develop awareness of "all" your bodies and learn to distinguish which one needs to be nourished for a healthy and vibrant life. 

 

Learn that health goes beyond food and exercise. When you check in with yourself to see which part of you needs attention, you will achieve holistic health and life balance.

Remember that your 8 bodies are co-dependent dimensions of your wellbeing: If any one of these dimensions is neglected over time, it will affect your health, so you need to nourish them all to a certain degree to sustain a good quality of life. 

 

Just like a balanced way of eating is necessary for health, balanced wellness should engage your 8 bodies.

Homework

  • Complete the following exercise:

    • Write at least 1 activity you do to nourish each of your bodies. Some might come easier than others, and this will let you know which body might need a little more attention.
