Why? Because I have been there myself. I decided to become a dietitian because I didn’t feel comfortable in my own skin. If you know or read my story, I almost died from an eating disorder. This led me to study food, nutrition, and behavior. Because of this, I really want to give you the tools, agency, space, and motivation that was given to me. Coming from my own experience, feeling good about what we eat, how we eat, and our choices have much more to do with it than just a meal plan.
