Many of my clients complain about how much time they spend in the gym without seeing the expected results. Many spend hours sweating in the machines with relatively little weight loss or losing muscle weight in the process. But the thing is that 80% of your body composition is determined by what you eat!
That is why I created this program to help people maximize weight loss, burning fat and gain muscle by learning about how, what and when to eat and exercise. After following this course, you will have the tools to maintain a healthy body weight, BMI (body mass index) and steady energy levels. Together we'll find a plan that works for your genetics, lifestyle, health issues, budget and sport type.
